Hi guys! Life Update…

For most of the summer, I felt like I was operating at 50% capacity. I did not feel my best, and it showed. I prayed and prayed to feel better, to feel some form of progress. Let’s just say that a lot can change in a month because God has truly transformed things for me in the month of September. I went from averaging roughly 3k steps daily for months to 10.5k steps daily for most of September. My active energy has increased and changed drastically. My Apple watch and phone let me know of new trends in my energy ;). I have truly evolved. I feel different. I feel good, truly.

I am reading and writing - doing things that I love. I am hitting TruFusion on a more consistent basis for hot pilates and barefoot bootcamp (my fav workout). I am down 14 pounds. I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. I am crafting season 2 of Soulfully Uplifted. I hope you enjoy the series as much as I enjoy crafting it.

Two friends visited in August, and it was an absolute treat — divine engagement. A cocktail of Mischief Vodka, guava purée, fresh lemon, and a dash of simple syrup, served up, was downright delectable. And the dense Belgian flourless chocolate truffle with fresh berries and Chantilly cream? Mhm.

Jazz Alley was a standout, but so were the winery visit, the Seattle waterfront, and making tacos with homemade tortillas. I couldn’t have asked for a better time. (Thanks for coming to Seattle, guys.)

I've realized that hosting loved ones is something I truly enjoy.

What’s lighting you up these days? What are you passionate about? How have you been — really? How are things in your world? Catch me up in the comments below. I’d love to hear from you.
