A Love Letter to My Becoming

In this season I’m being called to lean into my most full & unapologetic self-expression. I’m being called to begin focusing time and attention on regulating my nervous system. I’m being called to dive into the things I’m passionate about such as writing, art, history, & education. I love learning. I’m being called to spend more quality time with Self and to address my innermost thoughts and feelings while embarking on long walks around the neighborhood. I’m being called to find peace and serenity. I’m being called to really dress it up & make it real for me - myself alone. I’m being called to address any fears or habits that are hurting me & no longer serving me. I’m being called to let go of the old - what used to be or could be. And to pay close attention to the Now & those folks showing up in it with me. I’m being called to pay attention to my surroundings and ensure that my outer reflects my inner & that it’s what I want it to look and feel like. I’m being called to trust that things are unfolding just as they should right in front of me. 🌱

Reflection questions:

  1. What season of life do you feel you’re currently in? What is it calling you to embrace or release?

  2. In what ways does your nervous system feel regulated or dysregulated? What practices help you find calm and balance?

  3. If you were to “dress it up & make it real for you” in this season, what would that look like? What rituals, routines, or expressions would you embrace?

I have so many questions to ask, but let’s start here. Feel free to answer whichever one (or all) speaks to you—whatever you feel called to share. Drop a comment, and I’ll get back to you so soon! Can’t wait to hear your thoughts. xoxo
