Soul Spark: Honoring Me

I spend much of my time in thought. Stretching and feeling deeply. Giving myself time and space. Taking center. 

There’s a few things I’ve come to realize. One being that I am indeed absolutely deserving of the things that are pursuing me. I am completely worthy. May I be reminded of just how rich and beautiful things can truly get. 

Honoring where I once was is deeply important to me. The T.E.A. Experience was the foundation of my journey, where I poured my heart into creating a space for healing, reflection, and inspiration. It was a place where I shared my thoughts, my insights. The T.E.A. Experience was a beautiful beginning—a space where vulnerability, healing, and inspiration were cultivated. It was a journey of discovery, where I shared pieces of myself.  

This shift to Soulfully Uplifted honors the past, where I began, and celebrates the growth into a space of higher purpose.

By stepping into this new chapter, I am paying homage to the journey I’ve been on, and to the people who were a part of it (thank you). I am acknowledging that every journey evolves. And as I continue to evolve, so does the space I’ve  created for others to rise with me.

The T.E.A. Experience gave me the foundation, but Soulfully Uplifted is where I spread my wings.

So, as I transition into Soulfully Uplifted, I do so with immense gratitude. I honor The T.E.A. Experience for what it was—the place where my journey began and where I found my voice. It gave me the courage to explore, the space to grow, and the strength to listen to my own soul’s calling.

Now, Soulfully Uplifted is where I take everything I’ve learned and create something even more connected, more empowering, more reflective of the truth I’m living today. It’s about uplifting ourselves from within, embracing our truth, and rising together in community.

While I honor the foundation that got me here, I step forward knowing that this new chapter is an evolution—one where the soul leads.
